The hotel is in a lovely location. It is new and well maintained. What made our brief stay wonderful was Darryl during our breakfast. He does a great job helping each person get the help and service they need and goes out of his way. He should be commended for his exceptional service.

I stayed here the weekend of Nov. 4th, 2023, and liked this hotel. The room was comfortable and clean. Bathroom was nice. I'm not particularly picky or discerning when it comes to accommodations, but I can't think of anything I would criticize during my stay. The front desk accommodated an early check-in for a small additional fee. The breakfast was good. Had a couple drinks at the bar one evening, and enjoyed meeting the bartender who was fun to talk to. The location is very convenient to the airport as well. Would definitely come here again next time I'm in the area.

Today I had the good fortune to check into the Hyatt House in Orlando. From the moment I entered the hotel I couldn't be more pleased. Upon entering I was welcomed by Sydney who introduced herself and gave me a pleasant smile. She promptly located my reservation and provided me with my room key. She recommended a number of restaurants which are very close to the hotel and provided discount cards for them. She invited me to visit the hotel bar before retiring for the evening. And she flawlessly arranged for shuttle transport to the airport for me. I found Sydney to be professional, knowledgeable and friendly. The hotel is impressively clean and modern. Parking is plentiful and well lit. My accommodations are flawless and very well stocked. I very highly recommend the Hyatt House when in the Orlando area.

Such a clean and beautiful place. Loved the bartender Alicia, she was so amazing! Great conversation and great drinks! We will definitely be booking here again.

First off, I would like to thank Jeff for helping when it seemed that no other hotel would. We had been through a horrible ordeal with our airline - waiting at the airport for almost 19 hours, feeling stranded, and exhausted. Jeff was quick to help get us a shuttle ride at 3AM and put us up in a beautiful clean room within minutes of arriving, and at a very fair price. We slept great in our suite! Jeff, keep being kind and helping weary travelers! The shuttle ride back was also super prompt and came just for us, thank you Adrian!

We stayed one night here and it was wonderful! The suite was clean and spacious. The breakfast had a great variety of items as well. The front desk staff were very welcoming and professional.
